Railroad crossing repairs temporarily close two roads
Drivers to use alternate routes for Engle Road, McArthur Drive
Norfolk Southern will close the railroad crossings at Engle Road and McArthur Drive from 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16 to 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, weather permitting, to make repairs.
As a result, Engle will be closed to all traffic between Tielker Road and Kekionga Drive. The marked detour will be Ardmore Road, Lower Huntington Road and Bluffton Road.
McArthur will be closed between Ideal and Bradbury avenues with warning barricades at Baer and Old Trail roads.
