White Lodging hosts V.I.P preview event for the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Wayne Downtown
(March 23, 2010) – White Lodging, one of the leading independent hospitality, development and management companies the in the United States hosted a “Sneak V.I.P.eek” event announcing the new Courtyard by Marriott Fort Wayne Downtown at the Grand Wayne Center.
Nearly 100 invitees attended the VIP event which included Fort Wayne Mayor, Tom Henry. Activities included hard hat tours of the building’s interior, newest Courtyard concept guestrooms, and the unveiling of the Champion’s “Box Seat VIP Club”. All who attended the event became “Box Seat VIP Club” members, entitling them to 10% off their purchases, priority call a-head seating and a birthday lunch. “Our building progress is on schedule and local interest is high and we couldn’t be more excited” says General Manager Andy Crowel. The opening day was announced and is scheduled for Monday, September 20th, 2010.
The brand new Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown is the prime downtown hotel located in the newly designed Harrison Square district. The 250 room hotel will encompass a full service Champion’s restaurant, luxurious Revive Bedding, high-speed Internet access, indoor pool, fitness center, 6,500 sq. feet of meeting space and spacious ballroom.
