It’s NE Indiana’s first vision expo – everThe goal is to reach people who have vision changes, vision loss, and caretakers (friend/family or professional) and connect them to services, technology (both high-tech and low-tech), and social opportunities to enrich their day-to-day lives.
Saturday – March 6th from 10:00 – 2:00 at the Main Library
Exhibits are in ABC meeting roomsSpeakers will be in the Globe Room (orientation room):
10:30 – Dan Weirich, GW Micro – Topic: Technology for Progress and Productivity
11:30 – Dr. Salam,VitreoRetinal Consultants – Topic: Research & Treatments
12:30 – Rich Poncin will discuss Guide Dogs, Kimberly Howe will talk about Puppy Raising (how to raise future guide dogs)
