When you drive into the Jiffy Lube at the corner of Coldwater and Coliseum on Wednesday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. you might be surprised to be greeted by mechanics wearing red dresses! Jiffy Lube mechanics are wearing the red dresses to show their support for Go Red For Women. Go Red For Women is the American Heart Association’s campaign to raise awareness about women’s No. 1 killer – heart disease.
Customers on Wednesday will also receive a free Go Red For Women goodie bag and can register to win a Go Red For Women gift basket filled with great items. Don’t miss this chance to see your favorite mechanic decked out in a red dress and receive information that will help you lower your risk for heart disease and stroke.
Plus, through March 14, Jiffy Lube customers who make a $3 donation to Go Red at any Jiffy Lube across the country will receive the Maintenance Partners for Life book containing more than $100 in automotive service discounts, heart-health tips and heart-healthy Go Red recipes.
For the third consecutive year, Jiffy Lube has rolled out its Maintenance Partners for Life program to help raise funds and awareness for heart disease prevention. Jiffy Lube has a goal of raising $1 million for Go Red For Women this year.
