Post 2000: I&M before Council 10/6/2009

Before I get to the Indiana Michigan announcement, this is the 2,000th post since this blog started October 22, 2007.  For perspective, I hit the 800 mark a little over a year into it on November 12, 2008.  Here’s to the next 2,000 posts!

Now for the news.

Indiana Michigan Power has agreed to speak before the City Council on October 6, 2009.  The Administration will be speaking September 15, 2009.  Council President Tom Smith, in an effort to try to bring the Council and public into the disucssions, has set this up.
