Notes from today’s Redevelopment Commission meeting.
All of the Commissioners were present.
I’ll give more details later, but I wanted to get this out first.
At the end of the meeting, Redevelopment Executive Director Greg Leatherman reported that there are four developers who are interested in pursuing a project on the land where The Harrison is to be built. Â One of the developers has been in talks with Barry Real Estate and may partner with them, if selected. Â A letter will be sent to the four prospective developers on September 18, 2009, asking for participants to give details on their projects. Â Other developers who may not have been talking with BRE are still welcomed to participate.
