There are three public hearings concerning Economic Revitalization Areas at 2108 West Washington Center Road, 8710 Indianapolis Road and 3912 Option Pass.
The ordinance amending chapters 37 and 38 of the City Code regarding the hiring of consultants will be discussed:

This ordinance was first introduced on June 23, 2009, but had been held pending further changes. It was authored by Councilwoman Liz Brown. I would expect a lively discussion on this ordinance. Most on the council will support it, but Councilman Tim Pape will probably not be in favor more Council oversight.
