One ordinance of interest is one which will vacate a portion of Pearl Street between Ewing and Webster Streets. Â This would allow for the expansion of Perfection Bakeries, specifically additional loading/unloading docks.

AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Fort Wayne Zoning Map No. V-15 (Sec. 22 of Adams Township) 4600 block of Adams Center Road – the rezoning would allow the purchase of the property by a transportation logistics firm to move forward
This is for the Transpoint LLC Intermodal Container facility.
During the Regular Session, the ‘Buy Local’ ordinance will be voted on for the third and final time. Â I would expect it to pass, as it received a “Do Pass” vote out of committee.
