The Historic West Main Street Farmer’s Market continues this Friday from 3-8 pm.

The Market is held at 1936 W. Main Street which is the Northwest corner of the Davis and Main Street intersection.  The market is every Friday from now through October 23rd, from 3-8 PM.  There are 50+ farmers and vendors available weekly, which has probably made this Fort Wayne’s largest Farmers Market.

The offerings from farmers and vendors include: all local produce, some certified organic, breads, pies, cookies, jams, honey, Kobe beef and soups by Joseph Decuis every Friday, made to order gourmet omelets, The Mill Bread Company, locally roasted coffee and nice ceramics, some crafts and some antiques.  Music is provided every week along with activities for the kids.

I went down two Fridays ago and the place was hopping!  Plus, it affords you the opportunity to meet people you haven’t seen in a long time!  I encourage everyone to check this out!
