There are two Legal Public Hearings involving  Economic Revitalization Area designations.  In addition, there are several zoning ordinances up for discussion.
Up for final passage are the two ordinances amending Chapter 37, sections 37.39 and 37.40 regarding the Harrison Square reverting funds approved earlier last month.

This came out of the Committee Session with a “Do Pass” recommendation. Â The vote was 5-3 with Councilmen Mitch Harper, John Shoaff and Tom Smith voting against. Â Councilman Tim Pape was absent last week, although he would probably have voted in favor of the ordinance.
