Christopher Guerin, Redevelopment Commission President, just announced that the Executive Session was held and options were discussed concerning Barry Real Estate’s non-performance in building The Harrison.
John Wernet, Redevelopment Commission Attorney stated that the Commission will be sending a notice to BRE of the breech in their agreement. Â The Redevelopment Commission will then wait for a response before proceeding. Â Nothing about possible further action was stated.
