Join us in Fort Wayne this Friday evening March 20th as Mad Anthony’s sponsored competition BBQ Team, Shigs In Pit will be offering up some regional BBQ favorites. 16 oz Pork Steaks, hickory smoked and smothered in our signature BBQ sauce, Smoked Chicken Wings tossed in a Thai Chili Mustard Glaze, and our version of New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. Jumbo Gulf Shrimp simmered in butter, cajun spice, lemon, worcestershire, hot sauce, & garlic. All dinners served with Shigs Slaw & Baked Potato.
