11:30 AM – The Ice Rink will be closed today, hopefully to reopen tomorrow at noon.
At this point in the day, 7:30 AM, it is unclear the direction the ice will take and whether or not the ice rink will be open today, or for how long. Â Refrigerant circulated throughout the ice sheet usually keeps the ice intact. Â However, due to the sustained higher than normal temperatures, it’s been above 55 degrees since midnight and now hitting 60, it’s unclear how the sheet will be affected. Â If I have any status updates, I will share them here, check this post. Â Best advice is to call before heading down there – 422-7625.
