The long-lasting effects from last February’s flooding are even more apparent now as the rest of the park has greened up. Responding to an email inquiry, Fort Wayne Parks Director Al Moll wrote:
At this point, we do not see any permanent damage at East Swinney as we will reseed and plant. The engineering of the project was designed to counter the impact of flooding.
