This is a new building under construction in downtown Nashville Tennessee. Barry Real Estate is the developer for the project. They are also building The Harrison here in Fort Wayne as part of the Harrison Square project. Barry Real Estate is also tied with Hardball Capital, owners of the Wizards Baseball team.
