A suggestion to CB Richard Ellis, sign up Jimmy John’s for The Harrison retail. Jimmy John’s has excellent sandwiches and seem to attract college students and the younger crowd, exactly what is intended with the Harrison Square project. If you haven’t tried one yet, their only shop-to-date is at 6727 W. Jefferson Blvd, phone number: 469-7827. They do deliver for just one sandwich with minimal charges. I have a selfish reason for wanting one downtown. I became addicted to their sandwiches when I worked out in the Times Corners area. Now, I have to drive all the way out there from downtown when I’m craving it. If a location were to be added downtown, I’d be able to walk there which would mean I could eat even more as I would be walking off the calories! Anyway, my two cents worth on possible tenants in The Harrison.
