The United State Marshals Service apprehended Charles Lee Dewey III, wanted for allegedly providing illicit narcotics and vape cartridges to minor children, and allegedly committing sex acts with them, more than 7,000 miles outside of the United States on January 24, 2024.
FWPD: Murder Suspect in Allen County after extradition from Kentucky
Tommy Gray is currently incarcerated at the Allen County Jail for the charge of murder, attempted murder, and leaving the scene, after being apprehended by the U.S. Marshal's Service and extradited from Louisville Kentucky earlier this month.

On December 11, 2023, the U. S. Marshals located homicide suspect Tommy L. Gray in the Louisville, Kentucky area and took him into custody without incident.
