Right of way projects receive approval at Fort Wayne City Council
Fort Wayne’s investment in neighborhood infrastructure improvements continues. Several projects led by the City of Fort Wayne’s Right of Way Department as part of the Public Works Division received approval from City Council this evening.
Signs are prohibited in public right-of-way
City of Fort Wayne Ordinance G-20-07 makes it illegal to place any non-authorized signs within the public right of way and allows for removing any signs without notice.
