Shortly after 2000 hours on September 12, 2025, a Deputy with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department noticed a vehicle parked in a suspicious area near Schwartz and Irving Roads in Allen County, Indiana.

Allen County has received a set of Turn Around Don’t Drown signs from the National Weather Service, which will be placed along roads especially prone to flooding.
