On November 17, 2022, the Fort Wayne Police Department was asked to assist with transporting an adult male from a residence in the 3400 block of East State Boulevard to a local hospital for a mental health evaluation.

On October 20, 2022 at 1800 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department took two individuals into custody in reference to the shooting investigation in the 1100 block of Fayette Drive.

On September 16, 2022, at 0913 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2100 block of West Point Drive on the report of an adult male threatening to shoot himself and others.

On August 31, 2022, at 0719 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance in the 5700 block of Alta Vista Court.

On September 13, 2022, at 1650 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Allegany Avenue in regards to a disturbance with an armed adult female.

On August 6, 2022, at 1635 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 2300 block of Hanna Street on a report that, “someone was shot in the yard.”

On June 30, 2022, at 1036 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 1000 block of Huffman Street.

On June 10, 2022, after 1600 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the Economy Inn located at 3340 West Coliseum Boulevard in reference to a male subject that had called into 9-1-1 making suicide threats.
