On October 11, 2021, at 2130 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Stellhorn and Maplecrest Roads to meet with a female who advised that she was the victim of a domestic battery that had occurred at a residence located in the 5000 block of Maplecrest Road.

On October 19, 2021, at 1822 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 4600 block of Taylor Street on the report of a male armed with what was believed to be an assault style rifle on the street.

On September 17, 2021, at 2015 hours, an officer with the Fort Wayne Police Department observed a dark colored passenger car heading South on Anthony Boulevard that was swerving in the driving lane with no lights.

On September 11th, 2021, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a report of a burglary in progress which evolved into a barricaded subject incident.
