On December 24, 2021 at 1729 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the intersection of South Anthony Boulevard and South Phoenix Parkway in reference to a vehicle accident.

On December 23, 2021, at 2237 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 8700 block of Lima Road in reference to an armed disturbance.

On December 20, 2021, at 1624 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department received information that a high-risk warrant subject was in one of the rooms at hotel in the 3300 block of West Coliseum Boulevard.

On December 20, 2021, at 1013 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 1200 block of St. Joe River Drive regarding a single vehicle accident with injury.

On December 16, 2021, at 0713 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 7200 block of East State Boulevard regarding a juvenile pedestrian/vehicle accident.

On December 2, 2021, at 10:04 AM, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a residence located in the 600 block of High Street in reference to a domestic investigation.

The FWPD Air Support Unit would like to alert drone pilots and hobbyists about two upcoming events which will require pilots to file a notification to the department.

On November 9, 2021, at 4:13 PM, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 4200 block of South Calhoun Street in reference to a shooting.

On October 11, 2021, at 2130 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Stellhorn and Maplecrest Roads to meet with a female who advised that she was the victim of a domestic battery that had occurred at a residence located in the 5000 block of Maplecrest Road.

On October 19, 2021, at 1822 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 4600 block of Taylor Street on the report of a male armed with what was believed to be an assault style rifle on the street.
