ACDH COVID-19 update – 10/2/2020
Today, the ACDH reported that another 58 Allen County residents have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the totals to 6,532 cases and 207 deaths.

On October 1, 2020, at 2130 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was the Regency Inn located at 1004 West Coliseum Boulevard, for an unrelated call to service.

FWPD: Homicide Investigation Arrest Update
Following the arrest of Tommy Lyles on September 29, 2020, Fort Wayne Police Homicide Detectives continued to investigate the murder he was charged with and discovered evidence and witnesses that exonerated him.
FWPD: Vehicle Pursuit, South Anthony Boulevard and McKee Street
On September 30, 2020, at 11:4 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Alexander Turner at the intersection of South Anthony Boulevard and McKee Street.

FWPD: Homicide Suspect Arrested, 900 block East Wayne Street
On September 29, 2020, at 1645 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department arrested Tommy Lyles on a preliminary charge of Murder as he walked in the 900 block of East Wayne Street.
