On November 13, 2024, Tommy Harris Jr. was taken into custody without incident in the 4400 block of Lillie Street on a warrant for Felony Murder and Burglary in connection to the cold case homicide of Larry Lovelace Jr. that took place on June 27, 2001.
FWPD: Fourth Street homicide arrest
Dana Minies Jr. has preliminarily been charged with Murder, Felony Murder and Robbery in the August 2, 2024, fatal shooting in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street.

FWPD Homicide Detectives have identified Thristian Boykin as the suspect of the shooting on March 7, 2024, in the 1200 block of Hugh Street, and on March 17, 2024, he was arrested without incident in a traffic stop.

On March 6, 2024, at 1537 hours, the FWPD arrested 19 year old Leland Hairston on one count of MURDER for the homicide of Divoryan Warren-Hill that occurred on February 26, 2024 in the 3000 block of Lynn Avenue.

On December 12, 2023, at 1203 hours, Charles Sauge Blair was taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop in the area of Eby and Wheelock Roads.
FWPD: Red Roof Inn homicide suspect arrested in Louisville Kentucky
On December 11, 2023, the U. S. Marshals located homicide suspect Tommy L. Gray in the Louisville, Kentucky area and took him into custody without incident.
