On November 3, 2021, shortly after 1:00 am, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 3400 block of Cheviot in reference to a reported battery that had taken place.

On October 30, 2021, at 0812 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Oak Bay Run on the report of an upside-down vehicle in a pond.

On October 28, 2021, at 1855 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a possible hit-skip accident with injuries in the 6400 block of Lima Road.

On October 11, 2021, at 2130 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Stellhorn and Maplecrest Roads to meet with a female who advised that she was the victim of a domestic battery that had occurred at a residence located in the 5000 block of Maplecrest Road.

On October 19, 2021, at 1822 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 4600 block of Taylor Street on the report of a male armed with what was believed to be an assault style rifle on the street.

On October 17, 2021, at 2058 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to a reported shooting in the 3100 block of Wells Street.

The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on October 14, 2021, at 1444 hours at the Comfort Inn at 1005 West Washington Center Road.

On October 12, 2021, at 2243 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2300 block of John Street in reference to shots fired which was followed by a vehicle accident.
