On January 30, 2025, at 1241 hours, the FWPD was called to investigate a shooting incident in the 2200 block of Dunkelberg Road, which left a female, adult deceased.

On January 29, 2025, at 2011 hours, the FWPD received a call about a vehicle that had struck a pedestrian, in the area of East State Boulevard and Hobson Road.

On July 15, 2024, the Fort Wayne Police Department received a complaint of child abuse and neglect from the Department of Child Services which has resulted in warrants issued for two suspects on January 21, 2025.

On August 8, 2024, an Assistant Principle from a local high school summoned an officer after learning that a 19 year old male had sent nude videos of himself to a 15 year old student.
FWPD: Life-Threatening Traffic Crash, 3500 block West Coliseum Boulevard
On January 17, 2025, at 0735 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 3500 block of West Coliseum Boulevard.
FWPD: Colgate Drive Shooting Investigation Arrest
On January 14, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for Sincere White, 18 years-old in connection to the shooting incident that took place in the 2200 block of Colgate Drive on December 5, 2024.

The FWPD responded to reports of a shooting at roughly 0945 hours in the area of the 1400 block of East Lewis Street on January 14, 2025.
FWPD: Investigation cleared in possible abuse incident
On January 11, 2025, an infant arrived at a local hospital with injuries and due to the nature of the injuries, the Indiana Department of Child Services was contacted by hospital personnel who in turn called the FWPD.
