On April 4, 2021, at 1:25 am, the Allen County Coroner’s Office was notified of a fatal hit-skip crash at McKinnie Avenue and Lafayette Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On April 6, 2021, the Fort Wayne Police Department were dispatched to the 500 block of Lillian Avenue in reference to a domestic situation in which the suspect had a warrant for his arrest.
