On June 19, 2025, at 2239 hours, the Homicide Task Force took a 17yo male juvenile suspect into custody in the 5800 block of Bluffton Rd without incident regarding the homicide in the 700 block of West Rudisill Boulevard.

On June 14, 2025, at 2205 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department received multiple calls of a person in down in the roadway near the intersection of Paulding Road and Calhoun Street.

The Homicide Task Force located and arrested Devon Stewart Jr. and William Britt in connection with the June 1, 2025, murder of Alice F. Hall in the 900 block of Colerick Street.
FWPD: Dogs rescued from fire, 3700 block Hanna Street
On June 4, 2025, at 0025 hours, Fort Wayne Police officers responded to a reported fire in the 3700 block of Hanna Street and observed a detached garage fully engulfed in flames that was spreading to nearby structures.
