Three Rivers Festival begins national search for new Executive Director
Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 12, 2021) – The Three Rivers Festival Executive Board of Directors has begun a national search for a new Executive Director.
Jack Hammer, Executive Director since 2010, has served the organization with an undeniable commitment and diligence that will be missed.
This notice serves to begin the search for the next Executive Director of the Three Rivers Festival. The new Executive Director will lead the organization in strategic planning, community collaboration, budgetary oversight, and office supervision. The Executive Director works under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors to manage Three Rivers Festival programs.
The 52nd annual Three Rivers Festival will take place July 9 – 17, 2021.

Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana’s second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.
