Headwaters Park Fountain Closed

The fountain on the East side of Headwaters Park has been closed temporarily.  It will reopen on Saturday for the start of The Three Rivers Festival.  The rest of the park is open as normal with the exception of the two Festival Plazas and Pavilions.
