I spoke with Krista Stockman, Public Information Officer for Fort Wayne Community Schools, last Friday.
We talked about the recent internal FWCS committee which examined electricity usage in the schools. Â We also talked about the upcoming President Barack Obama speech on Tuesday and 2010 budget process. Â There is a new poll question to the left asking your opinion on the Obama speech.

I hope that all schools will record President Obama’s speech and make it available to students who were not able to see it live. The text of the speech is now available here. Hopefully no one objects to our president encouraging students to work hard, to set goals, to decide to overcome obstacles, to learn as much as possible, and to realize that the responsibilities of all to become a good American citizen are necessary for our nation to be great.
