Apparently (in Allen County) time can stop. This photo was taken of the Allen County Court House at 1144am on 8/6/09 from the corner of Berry and Clinton. The clock facing south seems to be accurate, but the one facing east is either very fast or very slow. Hopefully, this just a result of the renovations that are currently in progress.
