WOWO is now on HD Radio
(April 14, 2016) – WOWO Radio can now be digitally heard on 97.3 HD-2. In addition to 1190AM and 107.5FM, WOWO is expanding to add it’s programming to include HD Radio technology to cover Fort Wayne and the surrounding area.
HD Radio technology is a digital version of our analog stations. The upgrade means WOWO can broadcast in higher quality and gives us the opportunity to include special features thanks to the technology.
For those who currently already have a radio with HD technology, the station is available immediately. The only requirement to listen on an HD Radio is a receiver, but after that it’s free and requires no additional subscription.
