News release from the Fort Wayne Fire Department:
FWFD: House Fire, 423 West Masterson Avenue
(April 7, 2015) – The FWFD was called to a possible structure fire. The first units arrived in four minutes to find fire on the exterior of the structure and extending into the living area of the first floor. The fire was quickly extenguished. There were five occupants, two adults and 3 children, in the adjoining apartment and all self evacuated. There were no injuries.
The FWFD was assisted by the FWPD, TRAA, NCE, NIPSCO, and AEP.
