Temperatures plummeting this week
(November 9, 2014) – Big temperature changes are coming to the region this week! After lows tonight in the upper 30s, temperatures on Monday be above normal, with highs in the mid 50s to lower 60s.
A cold front will slowly work east across the area on Tuesday, bringing precipitation chances to the area, along with the start of much cooler period.
High temperatures by Wednesday will only by in the mid 30 to near 40 degrees, and will struggle to rise much above freezing by Thursday.
Low temperatures by the end of the week will be in the low to mid 20s.
An extended period of below normal temperatures are possible, beyond the end of the work week, as highs will struggle to get out of the 30s, with even colder temperatures possible during the week of November 17-21.
