Prostitution Arrests
On 09/23/2014, units of the FWPD Vice and Narcotics Division made three arrests in connection with solicitation of prostitution after they conducted an investigation to internet advertisements for “escorts”.
The following individuals were arrested.

Adult/female/ age 18
Charge: Prostitution- Julie A. Freeman
Adult/female/ age 24
Charge: Prostitution- Chelsey Frazier
Adult/female/ 24
Charge: Prostitution
