Locals and visitors are invited to bring friends and family to enjoy door prizes, games, and party favors. A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held outside the Visitors Center at 1:30 to celebrate Visit Fort Wayne’s new 12′ pinwheel on Washington Blvd.

It’s all part of KickStart – a day-long festival centered around the dedication of IPFW’s 50 new sculptural bike racks located around the city.
