The National Weather Service says to expect a bitterly cold night tonight:

Bitterly cold night expected

(December 12, 2013) – Snowfall will diminish this evening across the majority of the area, although lake effect snow showers could linger into the overnight hours. Low temperatures will be bitterly cold between -3 and +5 degrees with wind chill values between -12 to -5. Please use caution if you must be outside tonight, and make sure to bundle up! The next chance for accumulating snowfall arrives Friday night into Saturday with several inches of snow likely. Stay tuned to later forecasts as this storm system will be one to watch!
