Two documents are available regarding Harrison Square.
The first is a new version of The Harrison’s Economic Development Agreement.  The second is a letter from Baker & Daniels which delivers an opinion to the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission regarding the use of Tax Increment Finance (“TIF”) Revenues to acquire interest in a parking facility.
And from the Henry for Mayor campaign, a letter sent by campaign manager Justin Schall to local television station managers asking they stop airing the new Hughes commercial. This file includes the documentation refuting the Hughes claims, according to the Henry campaign.
