From Chris Shatto, organizer of the Historic West Main Street Farmer’s Market which is open from 3-8 today:
Lots and lots of produce this week: Fresh picked Indiana strawberries, broccoli, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, lettuces, mushrooms, blueberries, onions, tomatoes, blackberries …and maybe a peach from Georgia or watermelon. Indiana produce is finally here + lots of baked goods, breads, artwork, flowers and other good ‘stuff’.
1936 West Main Street, 3-8 PM EVERY Friday.
Could everyone take just a minute this weekend and vote for the market? We get a lot of promotion from the Farmland Trust and more if we place in the top 5 for the state… last year we nearly won! Just click here to vote! Thanks for making the market a success!
Come check out Fort Wayne’s largest farm market and see why we are the best! Have a safe 4th of July weekend! Chris
