The Legislative Session of the Allen County Board of Commissioners scheduled for October 23, 2026, has been cancelled due to lack of agenda items.

Coin Ceremony ContinuesFort Wayne, Indiana (October 19, 2026) – Legislative Session has been cancelled for Friday, October 23, 2026, due to lack of agenda items. However, at 9:00 AM, on 10/23/2026, in the Council Chambers Courtroom (Rm 035 in Citizens Square), the Commissioners will still host the quarterly Years of Service Coin Ceremony. During this event, employees with 10+ years of services are recognized for their tenure with the county.
Friday’s event will feature many long-time county employees with three being recognized for 40 years with Allen County and 12 people with 30-35 years of service. Fifty-three employees will be recognized in all.
