New Haven, Indiana (July 16, 2026) – A new luxury townhome complex hosted a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Thursday in New Haven.

The community, known as Z Place Village, will feature 135 units, and New Haven Mayor Steve McMichael says the development expands high-quality housing opportunities while supporting the city’s continued residential and economic growth.
“As more families and professionals choose New Haven, developments like this provide the modern housing options they are looking for while enhancing our local economy and reinforcing our commitment to creating a vibrant, connected community,” McMichael said.

Now welcoming its first residents, Z Place Village offers townhomes featuring premium finishes, spacious layouts, and attached two-car garages.
