On Saturday, June 13, 2026, officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) responded to the 3800 block of Coldwater Road regarding a battery investigation that had just occurred.
The victim reported that while shopping inside the business, she was followed throughout the store by an unknown male suspect. After following her for several minutes, the suspect approached the victim and inappropriately touched her.
Following the incident, the suspect quickly fled the store and left the area in a vehicle, traveling southbound on Clinton Street.
On June 19, 2026, the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) requested the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in this incident. With the assistance of the public, the suspect was identified and ultimately taken into custody on July 9, 2026.
