The Allen County Coroner has identified Staniko Patrick Hannah as the 17th Allen County Homicide in 2026.
News release from the Allen County Coroner:
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 29, 2026) – The autopsy has been completed, and notifications has been made to the next of kin of the deceased individual that was found at the intersection of Eckert [sic] Street and Weisser Park Avenue, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, at about 00:47 hours, Saturday June 27, 2026. He has been positively identified as Staniko Patrick Hannah, Male, Black, age 34, of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Fort Wayne Police Department responded a shooting at this intersection and found Staniko Patrick Hannah unresponsive. Three Rivers Ambulance Authority pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Staniko Patrick Hannah’s Cause of Death is Gunshot Wound of Torso and the Manner of Death is Homicide.
Staniko Patrick Hannah is the 17th Homicide for Allen County in 2026.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
