FWPD: Lafayette at Pontiac Streets re-opened

The Fort Wayne Police Department reports that Lafayette and Pontiac Streets have been reopened after multiple single-vehicle accidents.

Fort Wayne Police Department incident report:

Lafayette St at Pontiac St was re-opened at approximately 1:30pm reference the crash at Lafayette St & Woodland Ave. Doctors at the local hospital stated the condition of the female driver of the pick-up was non-life threatening. A complete press release will be provided soon.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

All information is preliminary and subject to change during the course of the investigation.
