In response to community complaints, detectives conducted proactive patrols in Lindenwood Nature Preserve and Swinney Park West to address reports of lewd activity. The operation took place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., during daylight hours when other park visitors, including families, were present.

Suspect Arrested: Gage Raymond Scott Atkison (M/W/34)
Preliminary Charges:
- Public Indecency
- Open container in vehicle
Suspect Arrested: Julio Guerra (M/H/36)
Preliminary Charges:
- Public Indecency
Swinney Park West:
Suspect Arrested: Glenn Allen Phillips (M/W/63)
Preliminary Charges:
- Public Indecency (Prior Conviction)
- Possession of Cocaine
Suspect Arrested: Mason One Arnold (M/W/72)
Preliminary Charges:
- Public Indecency
