Storm clean-up continues: Biosolids open next two Saturdays for debris drop-off

Residents still cleaning up from last weekend’s high winds will be able to drop off storm debris the next two Saturdays, March 21 and March 28, at the City Utilities’ Biosolids facility.

Storm Clean-Up Continues: Biosolids Opens Next Two Saturdays for Debris Drop-Off

Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 20, 2026) – Residents still cleaning up from last weekend’s high winds will be able to drop off storm debris the next two Saturdays, March 21 and March 28, at City Utilities’ Biosolids facility, 6202 Lake Avenue.

The facility typically does not open on Saturdays until April, but these additional hours are being offered to support ongoing clean-up across the city.

Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Disposal fees are a minimum of $1 for up to 100 pounds or $20 per ton.

Regular weekday hours remain 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
