Biosolids Open Saturday to Help Residents with Storm Clean Up
Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 13, 2026) – To help residents clean up after today’s high winds, City Utilities’ Biosolids facility at 6202 Lake Avenue will be open Saturday, a day it is normally closed during March.
Residents may drop off branches and limbs between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. tomorrow. Drop-off prices are a minimum of $1 for up to 100 pounds or $20 per ton.
Normal March hours will resume Monday. The facility is open 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
