
On December 16, 2025, at 1400 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a building fire at 2613 East Washington Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1400 hours
On Scene: 1402 hours
Under Control: 1606 hours
The first firefighters on the scene arrived within 2 minutes and found a building heavily involved in fire. Fire crews utilized a defense posture to extinguish the fire, once all known occupants were outside of the building. The majority of the building was destroyed by the fire. No other nearby buildings were damaged.
There were no injuries due to the fire. All occupants self-evacuated.
Firefighters will remain on the scene for some time extinguishing hot spots and hidden fires.
