Details/Summary:
On October 1st, 2025 Officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department were dispatched to the
area of 3400 Plaza Drive in reference to a suspicious person complaint. Upon arrival they made
contact with a female who alleged that a suspect had lured her ten-year-old daughter to come to
his house. Once inside the house, the suspect allegedly touched her in an inappropriate manner.

Detective Todd Garman of the Crimes Against Persons Unit (CAPS) was assigned to the
investigation. During the investigation the suspect was identified as Peter J. Hill. On November
4, 2025, Officers went to Hills residence and took him into custody. He was transported to the
Allen County Jail. The Fort Wayne Police Department thanks the staff of the Indiana
Department of Child Services, and the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children for their cooperation in
this investigation.
